I’m so thankful for Concord Chapel! I consider them the best!!! Today Lucy Lou acted extremely sick! I called them and got right in. Somehow, Lucy was ok! The vet and Stephanie checked her out throughly and found out everything was ok! I think it was an episode of old age on her part but scared me! Lucy loves going to the vet cause they treat her so good! Everyone from the girls who answers the phone and checks you out, to the techs who takes the information to the doctors are awesome! Of course, Lucy is one of their favorite patients!!!!

The doctors, technicians, and staff were exceptional. We were seen quickly, time was taken to really learn about the problem and make a diagnosis, and the cost was incredibly fair. A technician (Stephanie, I think) took the time to walk me through some difficult options and was kind and compassionate. So glad we found this office after we tried another in town that we did not have as great an experience with.

I took my dog here for a cut he'd gotten on his rear leg. The staff was friendly, helpful, and was able to do a same day surgery. They even called back a few days after and checked to see how everything was going. They are now my primary veterinary office.
