This is not a traditional Regional Manager position. The Regional Transitions Manager serves as a dedicated startup and integration leader, partnering closely with hospital leadership teams during the critical first 60-120 days of operation. About the Role
As a Regional Transition Manager, you will serve as the operational quarterback for newly opened and transitioning hospitals. You will work alongside Practice Managers, Medical Directors, Regional Leaders, and Central Support teams to ensure hospitals are equipped with the tools, processes, and leadership capabilities necessary to thrive.
This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President, Specialty, Emergency & Urgent Care and plays a key role in supporting Alliance Animal Health's continued expansion and operational excellence initiatives.
What You'll Do
Hospital Openings & Integrations
- Lead operational readiness and startup execution for new hospitals
- Coordinate implementation of workflows, systems, and operational standards

Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is a client-focused professional responsible for managing a dedicated book of veterinary practices and supporting their clients through proactive communication, scheduling, and preventive care outreach. In this role, the PCC partners closely with assigned clinics to help drive patient compliance, improve client engagement, and provide operational support.
This position requires a self-directed individual who can independently manage their workflow, prioritize outreach activities, and support multiple practices simultaneously. The PCC serves as a key liaison between veterinary clinics and their clients while ensuring a high level of service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
The Patient Care Coordinator manages client outreach for assigned veterinary practices, supporting preventive care compliance and appointment scheduling. Veterinary Regional Manager
You are responsible for overseeing each individual practice manager and leading the hospitals across Alliance Animal Health’s network of veterinary hospitals in our growing region of Indianapolis. You will work with the Regional Director, the Vice President of Operations, the Veterinary Partner Doctors and Practice Managers to enhance performance at their respective hospitals. You will also work with the Internal Operations team to lead implementation of initiatives and projects at the hospitals in your region.
Leadership and management:
- Directly responsible for overseeing and leading the practice managers at each hospital.
- Responsible for working directly with the practice managers on the operations at the hospital, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, employee training, and human resources.
- Act as a key resource and partner to the managing veterinarian at each location and responsible for building a strong relationship with that doctor. Also responsible for partnering with them on the work you are doing with the practice manager and incorporating their feedback and goals in your work with each practice.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to review the financial reports with the practice leadership team and develop strategies for each practice.
- Responsible for reviewing the non-financial reports (inventory budgets; scheduling budgets) and driving plans of improvement based on the results.
- Responsible for the post-acquisition integration process for newly acquired clinics.
- Expected to travel to the practices 4 days per week and have 1 office day (but could be at practices 5 days a week as needed).

The Director, Business Development – PriorityPet is the tip of the spear for PPUC’s growth pipeline. This role is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, recruiting, and converting Primary Partner DVM / Medical Director candidates who will own and lead PriorityPet Urgent Care clinics in partnership with AAH.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy, this is a high-ownership, travel-heavy business development and recruitment role for a self-starter with a strong veterinary-industry rolodex and the drive to continually fill the top of the funnel and close at the bottom.
In addition to strategic business development responsibilities, this role owns the full-cycle recruitment process for de novo PriorityPet leadership hires — from sourcing and outreach through offer execution, Employment Agreements, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
Success in this role looks like a healthy, multi-state pipeline of qualified DVM leads, a steady cadence of signed Primary Partners, and PPUC clinics that open on time with the right clinical leader at the helm. The Director is measured on both pipeline generation and successful placement outcomes and can earn additional compensation from high-performing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build and continuously refresh a national, multi-state pipeline of potential DVM Partner / Medical Director candidates for PPUC.
- Leverage existing personal rolodex and to generate warm introductions and referrals.
- Represent PriorityPet at veterinary industry conferences, Continuing Education events. state VMA events, school visits, and other in-person settings to identify and engage prospective partners.

What You’ll be Doing
- Directly responsible for performance on 30+ practices across our clinic partner network
- Ensuring the regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid media
- Measuring and optimizing campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goals
- Implementing and configuring conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths for single and multi-location practices
- Providing insights & feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to our A/B testing pipeline to brainstorm and help implement a robust testing strategy to ensure we’re maximizing campaign performance

Temporary Payroll Specialist
This is a fully-remote, TEMPORARY role, lasting 3 months with potentially to extend.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the day-to-day Payroll functions for a highly complex, fast growing veterinary services organization of 4000+ employees over 220 veterinary practices across 125 FEINs in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and internal controls.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution within 48 business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of veterinary software platforms and other related operational tools across multiple clinic locations. Including A.I. based platforms.
